Rivendere software usato è legale?

Un’importante sentenza ha iniziato a fare chiarezza sulla rivendita del software usato. Molte volte ci siamo chiesti se è possibile rivendere un software che X aveva acquistato per €10.000,00 (una cifra importante) ad acquistare Y.
